Room didn’t feel clean, couldn’t turn the AC to not freezing cold and then the blankets they provided were next to nothing so we froze. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say/do. Housekeeping slammed the cart right outside our door at 6:30AM. After a long day of traveling this was an even worse experience for rest. The free shuttle service was nice.

Very small lobby for Amy of rooms. Not enough space to wait for shuttle. Coffee machine was broken. Shuttle to ship was 1/2 hr late in starting and then put on a large bus instead of a shuttle bus which took almost 1hr and 1/2 to get us to the cruise ship.

Air & heater did not wirk in first room , however they were very quick to get us a new room is a little outdated, but the rooms are nice and clean. The pool was nice and they have a nice little restaurant. It’s not really a restaurant like a standup shop with very good sandwiches and reasonable pricing and the staff was a very friendly.

Room is fine, location was OK, not much around if you’re looking for anything like a restaurant to walk to. It took a long time to finally check-in once we arrived. Shuttle bus driver was really nice, free shuttles from airport and to cruise terminal were why we booked this place.

Room very clean. Staff attentive and helpful. The little Cafe 128 serving delicious made to order food was a life saver. I was able to get dinner and next morning breakfast and some snacks for travel without leaving the property. The transfer drivers weee very efficient and cueteius

We enjoyed the pool and snack shop-great chicken tacos & breakfast sandwiches! There is a sweet cat who lives on the property and we saw her on both of our stays. Our free rides to & from the cruise port and airport went smoothly.

Room was large. Didnt have a dresser but we didnt need it. Hotel lay out is a little strange. Hotel shuttle was great going to the cruise ports! There isnt many options for food. There is s food truck with a limited menu and times as well as a bar and grill next door.

Convenient location…with missing luggage before a cruise it was imperative that we be able to replace missing things. Good shopping was available within 10 minutes walk. Fast food restaurant across the street was very convenient. Staff were very courteous and gave us extra time in the morning before having to check out as they knew we needed time to shop and repack.

The airport and cruise port shuttles were awesome! Very easy process. The rooms are nothing to write home about but they are clean and were fine for our late night stay to cruise out the next morning.

We were told when we checked in that the room wasn't ready, and they'd call us when it was. We were understanding that we'd have to wait a long time because we got there in the morning from the cruise port, and hotel check-ins are normally in the afternoon. After waiting several hours, they still didn't call us. I went to check that they had our correct phone numbers. We waited a very long time after that, and still no call. My mom asked if there was an update on our room, and it has been ready but they never called. That first day, and throughout our stay, the women at the front desk were dismissive, and even rude when approached with a question. I always approached them with a smile, and they didn't smile even once.
