The rooms during our stay were on the shabby side. Probably time for an update. The dining hall furniture is painful to sit on. The free breakfast was adequate.

The staff was great- but the room was TIRED. The sink was hanging on by a thread to the wall, there were open holes around all electrical outlets in the room, and only one outlet in the room worked. None were near the bed. I also wish there would have been somewhere to place our suitcases.

Very old hotel that needs renovations. Elevators are rusty along with doorknobs in the rooms. Doors to the rooms and bathrooms need replacing as they don’t close properly. Floors were dirty where we had to walk around with shoes on. Bathroom had mold on the shower door which I’m sure have not been cleaned in a long time.

I asked for extra pillow, was told "unavailable" There were no tea bags at the breakfast. I asked, was told they were out. House in the room was not working. Ceiling in the room was too low. There were no outlets by the bed.

multiple issues. when we checked in, the front desk gave us a room key for a room that was "ready." when we went to the room, the key worked, opened the door, into someone who was still IN the room mid clothes change. They also never cleaned our room or changed the sheets or anything despite the website saying they cleaned the rooms daily.

Average motel-like or below average hotel and subpar breakfast. The staff are lovely, but the hotel is charging WAY too much for their rooms (up to $300 per night) in the condition that they are in. Scratchy sheets, not a formal blanket/comforter, uncomfortable pillows, scratchy and yellow stained towels, stained walls, lampshades and furniture, black mold stains on bathroom ceiling and wall paper peeling.

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning was too cold and had to be shut off. Main problem was that it was right off of the interstate causing a lot of noise in the room. Also, there was quite a bit of construction that started in the morning. I would not stay here again. There are much better choices in the area.

Shower pieces were broken, breakfast area was extremely small and very crowded. Selection was limited to eggs and sausage and the requisite waffles with some yogurt and bread/pastry items. Staff never looked me in the eye or smiled upon check-in or check-out. Side door did not have a way to re-enter the building and you had to walk all the way around the front of the building to get back in. Pillows need to be replaced.

Person that checked us in was on their cell phone. The pool was under construction and I booked hotels based on their pool for my to have fun so I got notified two days before my day that there was no pool. Rooms were supposed to be adjoining they were not and was a prearranged. Shower had no water pressure and you had to literally get into the corner of the shower to even get water dripping on top of you. There was a cockroach by the bathroom sink. The breakfast was terrible. It did not have tea bags. The scrambled eggs literally tasted like I was swallowing vegetable oil. … Hours later, I still have vegetable oil taste in my mouth. Was going to do the fitness room prior to check out and the stationary bike and elliptical machines were not working. Absolutely terrible stay

Room was spacious and updated. The fact you could sign up for the cruise port shuttle for $15 helped alot. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of items but enough to fill you up.
