I had zero idea we were sharing a bathroom or kitchen. It took us forever to get in the front door as it was not described well. Very thin walls and you could hear EVERYTHING! Outlet didn't work and no remote for TV

Not as described on Expedia as a guest house when I heard that I imagined a little guest home bungalow attached to a home. This was more like a hostile.. had no instructions how to enter the front door nor entering the room. You have a bed and a shared bathroom.. Property is ever grown. Expedia needs to change description!

The bathrooms are shared and the noise from anywhere is the house is easily hear. . We were not able to sleep due to noise Power outlet near the bed was dead Doors were not secure, could be easily pushed through.

Don’t bother booking at this spot.. booked for three days and was never able to stay because the property manager never provided me with a room number or code to the door. Expedia team and I were never able to contact anyone and ended up having to book another stay for remainder of my trip. When I requested refund I was denied due to no refund policy and Expedia still couldn’t get response from manager. Save your money and don’t book with this place as they will only take your money and leave without a room to stay in

Checked into the room. Asked for the TV remote via text. Was told TV not included and should have known that and when they’re clearly is a TV in the room. Then I’m told the remote was stolen. I asked for another room and was told by the same person that there’s full occupancy. There was only two cars in the driveway all night. My observation three out of nine rooms occupied. Just a lack of respect for the guests and blatant lying. The person I spoke to had a take it or leave it attitude, and I will not be revisiting this location or recommend. I was not present on the property for most of the time I returned and slept for four hours Then left I felt I did not get good value for my stay. I experienced deplorable customer service.

Great but someone, maybe even the host, came in coughing and sneezing bad for a long while. I actually left right away and they didn't refund that last night. Its not a motel, its more like an Airbnb set up. Lot of random people in and out on a daily basis. But the rooms are spacey, its easy to deal with for a short term layover type situation.

Worst experience I ever had. The room was dirty,food scraps all over the floor. bed was broken and uncomfortable. None of the outlet was working I couldn’t even watch tv. I texted her about the issues I had, she never replied. Worst renting experience ever. Please don’t go there

Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the area was very nice with quick access to the highway! Only one car is allowed in the parking lot per room, which isn't bad at all, just keep that in mind... but highly recommended.

I arrived and a couple was in my room. She called someone to get me a room. I waited an hour to get an actual room. The lady advised 3 other guests knock the door claiming the room during the day.

Nothing to really like or anything unique about staying here wifi didn’t work, room wasn’t cleaned and sand was all over the floor when I walked inside the room trash cans not emptied inside the room. But I was able to sleep at least and take a warm shower

This place is a scam! It is in a terrible neighborhood and drug dealers are everywhere! Miami police department reports there phone number to be associated with many other scams in the south Florida area.
