Felt more like a stop and go with zero rest.

Appreciated the transportation to the port..

Check- in staff didn't care to look up nor wanted to check on my previous booked reservations and just signed a room to which was on the opposite end of where we initially paid for. Example, paid for the garden area, was assigned the parking lot side. There was an event, private party that ran till late night early morning hours that I, we were never made aware of. So needless to say after all day of traveling on planes, we never got any rest, sleep before we had to leave for the port in the morning.

overall our stay was very good with exception of long check in time

The room was very comfortable, and both shuttles came promptly on time

The only problem we had was waiting in line to check in for 45 minutes with only a few people in front of us while three clerks were working at the counter checking people in. We have stayed in many hotels all over and never had to wait more than a few minutes to check in.

It was fine for one night. I needed this hotel for shuttle service to cruise port. Shuttle was good.

very clean

had some difficulty with the FOB key, thought the door was broken, had to contact front desk for assistance. Door was not broken but FOB key method of access was not as reliable as other FOB keys I have used elsewhere, and not as reliable as regular keys, which apparently are not used much anymore, anywhere, unfortunately.

The shuttle was very very slow picking us up at the airport. The bus that took us to the cruise port was also very slow getting to the port.

Room was clean.

I didn't like that the front desk employee had no help checking people in. The line was long. It took forever to check in even though I had already checked in on line. The manager came in however he didn't offer to help the employee checking in. He could have opened up the other service counter and got us all checked in faster. The restaurant server we had was very slow. Didn't get our drinks in a timely matter. Forgot to put my husbands food order in. Had to remind her to do that and had to keep reminding her about our beers.

When we first got there the lady was very nice and helpful. For some reason I was thinking that we booked the same hotel after we got off our cruise. I called and got a rude lady . Told me I was asking too many questions and she had a line. After we got to the hotel and realized I was talking to the same disrespectful lady with the long fake eyelashes. Very unprofessional and she said we are booked and you don't have a reservation. Where is your confirmation email. That's when I realized I booked with another hotel. I apologize for mistake. I asked how to get there . Her answer was Google it and figure it out yourself. The lady in the gift shop was just as rude .

I’ll do it again.

They really do make it super convenient for those leaving on a cruise. I really want to shout out to Rochelle at the front desk - she is so efficient and definitely thinks of everything. I had a particular issue (not them) and she fixed me with great aplomb!

Kinda noisy— and it really isn’t the guests it’s the housekeeping staff and the ground staff and staff on breaks - they’re always rolling carts by and they’re always making announcements over the loudspeakers and shouting at each other. It’s noisy but I understand.

The staff looked bored out of their minds. Seemed annoyed when I asked a question. I had two rooms booked. I booked and paid for both rooms, however somehow my name wasn't even attached to the reservation. Not sure if this was a booking.com problem or the hotel itself. Everything was under my sister's name even tho she never contacted either booking.com or the hotel and I paid with my credit card. Very weird. We had just gotten off a cruise ship and didn't really expect our room to be ready so waiting was no problem, however we asked to be called when our room was ready and no one ever called. We had left the property to go find something to do until our room was ready. Staff attitude was very poor. The room was clean but very tired and updates were made that just covered up boo boo's on he walls etc.

Budget hotel but good amenity take your chances

Location Appeared to have had some Reno's lately grounds were reasonably well maintained. Shuttle services were great from cruise port and next am to airport.

Staff were not pleasant We arrived off a cruise ship at 11ish and told we had to wait til three for a room but if we paid an extra $30.00 they would assign us a room. While others appeared to be given rooms as they checked in. The bar that is attached was extremely noisey. Always leaving thier door open. At check in there is a cooler of assorted beers and sized no prices on the cooler.door I went to pay for them and found out that a couple of bigger cans was the same price as regular size. When I asked if I could exchange for the bigger ones the cashier said no. She didn't know how to do a return and said the manager wouldn't allow it. Found a large Bed bug in night table drawer. Mentioned it with a picture to receptionist...they said oh...thank you. That's it.

Love Rodeway and Cruise Port in Ft.Lauderdale Hotel

I have been staying at this hotel for years! I love the pickup from the airport and the drop off at the cruise ports! The morning breakfast, the restaurant, the gift shop oh yes the CAPTAIN!! See you in November!!!

It was probably worth the price.

The shuttle service was pretty solid getting us at the airport and back from port to the airport.

The internet was very erratic. Our TV didn't have a menu for selecting stations. You had to navigate through each station (and there were a lot). Then the remote quit working. Just abnormal stuff.
