Location and friendly staff
Rooms a bit outdated, heater was a bit loud and you could hear between the walls to the room behind.

Second floor over the parking lot. Very quiet to sleep. Very clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Housekeeping outstanding. My only criticism is the door was hard to close to ensure the room was locked---my only reason for not giving the room a 10.
