The location was great, the house was spacious and accommodated our needs. Was clean and very well stocked. The host checked in with me to make sure all was well, which I think is very important. Beautiful home; a few things that need attention but no complaints. We had an amazing time. Thank you

While we enjoyed our stay at the property, I wanted to provide feedback on several issues we encountered. When we arrived, the cleaning person was finishing up and explained that the previous guests had left the house in poor condition. During our stay, we noted the following:- Bifold Door: One door was off its track. Although we were told someone would be sent to fix it, we eventually repaired it ourselves.- Sliding Door: A gap at the top of the door allowed insects to enter the house.- Front Porch: The railing was not secure, posing a potential safety concern.- Electrical/Wi-Fi: An electrical issue in the living room disabled both the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi. We had to purchase extension cords to resolve this ourselves. We were disappointed by the slow response to these concerns. When we did receive a reply, we were told the issues would be looked at the next time you were on-site, which did not help during our stay. The house is lovely, but addressing these maintenance and communication issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
