The staff was absolutely amazing and I got there during the snow and never once did it accumulate the employees did such a great job
The only complaint I had about the property Realea was in our room. The door would not shut properly and it was really much smaller than I anticipated.

The location was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good, particularly the chicken marsala.
A lot of the wall paper was peeling in the room, and there were black spots around the fire sprinklers (mold?). There was also a clear cigarette burn hole in one of the curtains.

1.) It was central to everything related to the Lake George Winter carnival.
2.)All staff were wonderful, super friendly! Kudos to all.
3.) Breakfast at the hotel was delicious.
1.) Constant daily cigarette smoking by multiple (inconsiderate) patrons around the outside of our room with somebody who actually decided to sit on the bench RIGHT front of our room and smoke so that a giant plume of smoke got sucked into our room as soon as my boyfriend opened the door to go outside. My boyfriend kindly asked this patron to move along because our entire room filled up with smoke. The hotel really needs to enforce this better with perhaps “NO SMOKING” signs around the property. My boyfriend has severe asthma, and this was a huge turn off for us.
2.)Parking is terrible. Had repeated difficulty finding parking upon returning to our room. Don’t really understand the point in the parking permits. Do the staff really check the parking lot to see if people have these permits in their cars because it was incredibly overpacked. I understand it was a busy weekend, but I would think the parking permit and paying for a hotel room would earn us a spot guaranteed upon returning to our room. Again, another huge turn off.
