    They show you a clean multi story hotel on the internet and when you check in they put you in a run down adjacent motel. You should refund my money.

    I booked my stay through Expedia and arrived at the hotel with a spectacular view of the lake. I did not realize that they had a wing to the side, which was more of a motel setting than a hotel. I requested to get an upgrade to the grand hotel, which cost an extra hundred dollars more but well worth the comfort and upgrade the staff was way beyond more than helpful. 10 stars for the staff and 3 stars on the initial confusion of the side wing lower price setting. All in all was it worth it ? I probably could have gotten a better deal at another location.

    Pay attention to where you’re staying. There’s the big beautiful hotel and then a motel attached, which is where we stayed. We paid $*** to stay there. Not worth it at all
