My kids and I have a really great time, I was very happy with my room, I stay there at tiki tiki resort from September 20 to September 22 weather was amazing our rooms were 108 and 110 Great service, I would like to thank you Dawnee for her great customer service, she really did a great job and make our stay very pleasant, thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My only complaint is that the pool needed to be skimmed more often, there was lots of bugs in it.

Came up to LG to visit family for first time in 15 years after staying at the Tiki more years ago that that. Check in was quick and overall the nostalgic look to the property (my gal mandolins it felt like being in a Madmen Series location in the 1960s) with modern amenities was a pleaser change to more modern resorts. The outside pool was a huge plus for us to rest a few hours every day before meeting up with local cousins in the evenings. Overall, a great visit and will book and stay here again in future.

Room Smell mildue,floors are filthy, bugs,they allow people to smoke pot and the smell of it travels into the room,maintenance inployee speaks and understand spanish only,poor service
