    we have been going to lake george for years on an annual basis and this was our first time here, our new place to stay - won't bother with any others.

    Nothing to complain about. Heated pool - Cabana bar - Gorgeous view of the lake and mountains - walkable to center of town - clean & kind.

    The hotel was in a good location being close to shops and having access to the lake and amenities. It was quiet and pleasant being a family with young children. The room was pretty clean, besides the laminated floors. Definitely keep shoes on, our feet were black from just walking around our room. The hotel food was not the best, but overall our experience was good.

    The location was great, however the room needs to be fixed. You could not use the bathroom vanity draws due to the door molding blocking the opening of it. Bathroom could use shelving for towels. Front door lock was not properly closing. Upset that there is no water in lobby or free coffee. Staff is kind but most cannot understand english.
