Place is clean. Has no safe in the room. Air conditioning could be stronger. Could use new mattresses.

My 8 and 14 year old enjoyed their time at the waterpark/ resort with cousins. It was not overcrowded on a Sunday. Staff were extremely kind , helpful, and accommodating. Waterpark was comfortable and just the right size, so the younger children could navigate it easily without feeling overwhelmed. Hotel facilities are showing their age in spots (windows that would not lock/close, door jammed and had to be "hammered" by maintenanve crew, paint peeling). Repairs were tackled quickly. Our Room was generally comfy and clean. Linen in adjoining room was soiled (please double check).

The room was beautiful and very large. The waterpark was so so , 2 larger slides two small slides, the lazy river and a little area for children and a surfing for kids. The lazy river would’ve been great if there were enough tubes for everyone, but there weren’t so you had to walk it which didn’t make it very lazy. The restaurant that opened at five had no bartender or no cook so that kind of stunk we had to go elsewhere . my friend asked for a frozen drink at the other restaurant and they don’t have a blender. It was a little disappointing if you just wanna go there and buy overpriced food and let your kids have some fun. It would be great but for an adult getaway they’re just not set up for it.

Overall experience was OK but I would not recommend staying at this location in Lake George. There was nothing special about it. Very overpriced for what is included and very misleading about what is actually included so make sure if you choose to stay here u read the fine print.
