I loved the location and the water park access. I had an excellent experience with one of the front desk employees she was exceptionally accommodating, personable, she even allowed us to have a late check out.
I felt the staff at the restaurants were cold, uninviting even though they had 2 hours left in the shift they did not want to serve us. The breakfast was over priced and our television kept cutting out.

Staff was friendly rooms were clean and water park was clean and temperature was well.
Day pass holder use lodge parking making it hard to leave and come back and find parking. Water park closes at 9pm Arcade closes between 10/11pm making it boring after them hours for older children. Just could overall use an upgrade

Randomly having people knocking on door on purpose through out the night they didn’t stop till 1:00 am … was very hard to get my kid back to bed
