Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff is phenomenal. Day shift and evening shift at desk were super friendly and helpful.
Could not find anyone on duty at the front desk during the middle of the night. Kids were running down the hallways, knocking on doors, riding elevators, etc. Its definitely not the hotels fault, however there should have been someone to control the situation and find their parents.

The location was good our purpose up there.
The chlorine levels were way too high. The front desk staff was very confused on how to add a night to my stay. They messed up my whole booking.
