We stayed here for our 10th Anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The manager called at check-in time to confirm our arrival since we were running late. We reached the hotel around 8 PM during a snowstorm when everything was shut down. We called the hotel, and she answered immediately—our check-in took barely five minutes and was completely smooth.
The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with flowers and an anniversary greeting. My wife was extremely happy, and that made me even happier. Later that night, we needed an extra heater due to the cold weather. I called the manager around 10 PM, and she not only picked up right away but arranged for a heater to be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. We had such a warm and comfortable sleep.
The spa was amazing, cleanliness was excellent, and overall maintenance was impressive. This was the last stop of our 3-day trip, and it turned out to be the perfect ending.
I am truly grateful to the management for their hospitality. Prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of service and facilities.
