Wendy, the pool, the lake, the super good pressure in shower and lots hot water! Nice big frig.
No coffee for the coffee pot or creamer or sugar..these really matter. Plus the towels were very old. The toiletries consisted of a sliver of a soap bar. I love the outdoors there but, being in such a highend place, requires motel owners to bump it up a notch or two. Wendy, the manager, is reason you get repeat customers.

Better maintenance on the Door entering unit. Bugs enter through the bottom and side as the door are old

Location was great! It was across the street from both the deli UpNorth and Diamond Point Grille. Short drive to Lave George village and to Bolton Landing. We also had access to the dock on the lake and swimming area on the lake We had access to outdoor cooking area w/ picnic tables. We saw other guests enjoying the fire pit. There was a volleyball net set up and saw some guests shooting around the basketball. Star gazing at night was amazing.
Only negative was the toilet in the room was a bit loose, but that's an easy fix.

Location and the lakeside view for the price
How old and used everything was. The bedding and towels were super gross. At least (i hope) things were clean. The motel was cheap though for its location.
