I enjoyed my previous stay but will not book here again.

I was physically unable to get breakfast at the hotel. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my request for rooms close together. No adjoining rooms were apparently available. Appreciated they attempted to honor my requests.

I did not have a warm shower. I reported it at checkout and the desk clerk apologized, said she had been notified by more than one guest and had turned up the temperature on the boiler. She mentioned the boiler temp was down 15 degrees.

The location was a little far for me seeing how I was in Ann Arbor most of my time but the room was very clean very friendly staff and the bathroom was very clean. I chose this location because I knew it would meet my expectations

It was a mediocre stay at best. Thankful for the location and the front desk staff.

The staff was fairly well groomed, clean, and pleasant. They made sure I felt welcome.

I would appreciate a hotel bathroom that didn’t have someone else’s hair all over the floor. This bathroom didn’t help that request at all. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like that had cleaned all surfaces with the same products. Smelled stale and worse.

Staff on the shift were very helpful.

There were multiple bugs in the pool area, My room wasn’t all the way clean. Under the sink looked like a bug, there was a used wet towel on the bathroom counter. Before checkout, they were out of towels and face cloths and I was told to wait 30-45mins which it really took about an hour to receive some clean towels and face cloths and check out was in 30 mins. I asked for them to give me a late checkout due to the lack of service and was granted that but it was still an inconvenience to my day!

Horibly Rude

Clean rooms, nice pool

The host when we arrived was very rude and acted as we were an inconvenience. Then we were on the second floor room 228 and above us on the 3rd floor sounded as if Mardi gra was going on. Very hard to sleep and kept our son up most of the night. Very upset and would like our rate refunded!

The hotel overall was nice. The pool was nice.

The bed was absolutely terrible. Left at 1 am to return home so we could sleep. Other guests just let their kids run rampant through the hotel. Younger teens everywhere, unsupervised, loud and rude. The manager was at the front desk and ignored the wild kids in the hotel.

Uhh the woman at check in on Saturday March 4th around 9am. I made a reservation through Booking.com, recieved emails confirming my reservation and we go to check in, she says she couldn't find it and then tried booking us for a more expensive room. We reserved a king bed at less than $100 and she tried getting us for almost $200. No thanks, on to the next. Do better.
