Keyless check in was fantastic. Super great stay for a couple and their 6 month old.

Super close to my destination. Staff was super friendly!

The shower wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Lots of pink mildew around the bottom and door. Toilet needed pumice stone in the bottom.

Don't think I'll be rebooking at Tru

The location was what I liked the most.

•Strange smell when we walked in -lobby •Elevator smelled •Beds were too hard •The mini frig smelled •No water in our 2nd night- not the hotels fault but no compensation. •The beds were to be Queen sized- these were the smallest Queen size bed ever. •walls were thin- was able to hear my neighbors tv

The AC kept turning off while I slept. There was no option to run it continuously, which is how I like it. I realize this is most likely a power-saving feature but I wish there was an option to turn that feature off.

The property was very clean and in a wonderful location. The staff was excellent and took great care of our group.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay. Disappointing front desk experience

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I booked the room and paid for it. When my husband and I arrived, a young man received us at the reception area. After I checked us in. The young man proceeded to provide instructions on where to find our room and information about our hotel to my husband. I felt invisible. I was directly in front of him and he didn't look at me again after I paid.
