My stay was one of convenience and I am not likely to ever stay there again.

The distance from the airport and the train station.

The beds were very hard and painful to sleep on. The food was repetitive. The evening staff wasn’t always the friendliest to speak to.

Great place - clean, comfortable, and convenient in Glen Elton

Staff very helpful and pleasant. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again, particularly if taking a bus into Wheaton (the bus stop is just outside the hotel’s main entrance).

Breakfast was ok. It was a continental breakfast. Bacon and sausages were great. Oatmeal was runny but good. For $20 each person it wasn't worth it! The kitchen help was awesome! The location of restaurant was very nice!

French toast was hard. Coffee was luke warm. The cost was way too high for this particular breakfast. I just wish they had a made to order breakfast like I thought it was supposed to be. The bar/restaurant isn't open all the time and when they are they close way before 9 pm.

Too expensive for the very old and poorly maintained facilities

For breakfast there is a limited choice in the menu and the waitress asks you to chose from it (like bagel sandwiches or fried eggs). At least when she brings it, there is a lot of it ...

Where should I start. Everything about this hotel screams old and poorly maintained. The staircase smells horrible. The hallway rugs felt slimy, like it would be impossible to clean them even if you really wanted. The furniture in the rooms is old and degraded. The bathrooms is again old and poorly maintained - I got a foot fungus (athlete foot) from the shower. The breakfast is very limited - there is no buffet.

Aged rooms, indifference staff, rooms were not suitable for the number of people on the reservation

The pool was beautiful and I think the water temperature was good.

We got a room for 4 people with a king bed and a pull out couch. The couch was a twin size bed and would only sleep one person!!! We despise a reservation for 4 people, we only had space for 3 people.

Overpriced

I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and parking wasn't too bad.

There were 2 customers ahead of me when I checked in. The first person/couple were asked if they preferred a certain floor, and then the second guy received directions to the best elevator to use to get to his room. I proceeded to check in, and I was asked if I would be requiring housekeeping. There was an elevator directly across from my room, this would have been nice to know. The ice machine next to my room was out of order the entire time. The furniture was outdated and stained. The bathroom was extremely small, nothing like the one advertised when I booked the room.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was excellent. Very attentive. The oatmeal was very watery. we wanted it but were unable to eat it.

Very dark bathroom lighting. No conditioner in our shower. we reported this to the staff and they were responsive to our needs.

Besides the security problem everything else was fine I’ve rented at this hotel plenty of times never had a issue until

I had a problem with the security coming to my door messing my with my kids I was pretty upset she told me it was 4 to a room and I told her only 3 were staying a night.

the sofa beds are worthless, nobody can sleep in them

it is clean and they try to keep it nice and "elegant"

we occupied a king room that advertises to have "two sofa beds", they do have the two sofa beds besides the king size bed, but the sofas are horrible!!! you can't sleep there, you feel ALL the coils of the mattresses, terrible! they should NOT advertise that room to be for 4 people, in reality is as if the sofas weren't there

The stay at Crowne Plaza was just okay.

Property was okay. The only place that seemed updated was the pool. But then the pool was quite cold and there were no towels restocked.

Room furniture and decor is definitely outdated. Too close to a busy road where cars and people walk/drive around all the time.

It is just normal. Nothing you can say it is exceptional that you highlight. You can find a similar or even better place for less for sure

Maybe it is just me but Nothing outstanding. Just less than normal hotel. I travel a lot especially to Chicago and I have been in so many better places with more reasonable prices , including breakfast. It is a clean hotel but I guess this is not an advantage it should be clean.
