The breakfast every day was excellent. The waitress was so sweet and nice and I am a breakfast person so I ordered eggs and omelette and the coffee never bitter . I definitely want to choose this hotel again for our next visit to see family. This was a win win..
The elevator key card was a little quirky for it to capture and sometimes wouldn’t get our floor and we’d have to ride up again. Lol

Honestly there was not much to like other than the location of the hotel worked well for us.
The staff was less than welcoming, and they offered very little knowledge even when asked. NOBODY told us that we needed a parking pass and it wasn't until my wife noticed a sign upon our return from dinner did we learn this which meant another trip out in the ridiculously cold weather. When asked about breakfast staff gave elusive answers, to the point that we needed to call to talk to a third person.... On top of that the breakfast restaurant was severely understaffed and we watched as a single server struggled as they had 10 tables and the manager would not greet tables or pour coffee. The room itself had paper thin walls, and looked as if the furniture had been thrown together from yard sales as nothing matched. Our soap dish had three major chips and our comforter seemed as if the filling was staging a protest and the lumps were like sleeping with 6 dogs on the bed. These all were mentioned to management but I fear fell on deaf ears as you can explain the manager not seeing every room, but that is no excuse for the fact that the elevator doors on the inside on the three different elevators we used looked as if they had grime on them that remained from the Clinton Era. If the manager is not expected to walk the property and at least see the elevators it is clear where the problem begins.

The walk-in shower was extremely helpful for a recent knee replacement. The restaurant was delicious! The hotel is close to great shopping!!

They put us across from the gym. Where it was very loud early morning. Not only that the tub had black sludge inside of it. Had to clean before we showered. It was uncomfortable stay.

The room phone was not working, the tech guy came and fix it and told us it is good now, but it still did not work. The front desk was least bothered about the guests and service was unlike any Marriott standards. There was no body wash in the shower and when it was brought in the notice of the front desk they told us that no one is there from the house keeping and the department will open at six in the morning, till that time they cannot help us, very unprofessional customer service and that too to a Gold elite Bonvoy member. Requested for an early check in, they simply denied it. No room upgrade was provided. The iron was not working in the room, need to get it replaced after calling the hotel number from my cell phone as the room phone was out of order and remained out of order throughout our stay. I’m very upset with such a declining standards of a Marriott facility. It was a hopeless experience, will never stay at this facility ever again.

Having to pay for wifi...what is this, the 90's? I find this is such a con and a really pathetic way for a company to make an extra few dollars. ($15 a day?!!)

We booked this stay based off of the room and breakfast included, but ended up paying for the food as we were unaware of how much we could order that would be at no charge. Was expecting a buffet and not sit down. Did not know how much to order. This was not explained properly. If it was missed, this should have been told. Also, did not know parking was at charge. This should have been included.
