Affordable & convenient!

We’ve stayed here 3 times. Each time we come visit our family in Chicago from Florida. We come stay here with you guys.. it’s very convenient and the staff is very nice!

The first room that was given to me smelled like cat urine and I did not want to stay in that room. They moved me to room 133 downstairs to a new room with two beds and that room was much better, but the floor was all sticky, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged all the time so we had to use the kitchen sink for everything but everything else was exceptional and things happen

We left after 10 mins of our stay. We spotted roaches and bugs in the room almost immediately.

i did my reservation. nobody was at the from desk after 11 pm so I couldn’t check in. next morning the front desk guy just told me the reservation was canceled because the housekeeping didn’t show up, so it wasn’t any available room.

Disappointing

I like that the bathroom was roomy. I like area the location of the hotel.

It smelled like old people, the carpet looked dirty, there is a kitchen with no dishes, pots or pans, something was wrong with bathroom door knob it took me 5 minutes to get out so I got scared and thought about this place already looking sketchy and this was trap for human trafficking.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

It was poorly staffed, the staff had horrible customer service, the rooms could have been way cleaner, it was a terrible stay. This was a terrible, disgusting, untenable stay. From the moment we checked in to the very last day we had absolutely horrible service. The first room we got was filthy, it had a dirty bed with hair in, the bathroom was gross and hadn't been cleaned and the towels had hair in them. They switched our room right away but when we asked for more pillows we were refused this request. Furthermore any other things we needed for the room, we were told that we had to come down and get it ourselves. When we got fresh towels there was hair in them every time! The shower in the bathroom wasn't completely clean. Then on our last night there the pipe under the sink broke and water leaked everywhere. Management took over 40 minutes to come and fix the problem they had absolutely no urgency. When we spoke to the manager about all of our issues, and asked to be compensated in some way she had a terrible attitude and told us that we weren't being held against our will and we could of checked out in any time. She wasn't apologetic or accommodating towards us at all. We will never stay at another extended stay again.

Our stay was horrible and I will never book with another extended stay ever again.

Absolutely Nothing. I didn’t even get to stay at the location due to the man that worked the desk the night we arrived. He wouldn’t let us check into our reservation even though we paid up front and in advance and also we did arrive before 12am which is their check in deadline’s.

Upon arrival I was treated horribly. The man that worked the overnight shift was so rude and very unprofessional and had no care or regards to the fact that we came in from another state and had nowhere to stay. We ended up having to go to another location through you guys, and it was also horrible. The first room they put us in was dirty, so they then placed us in another room and it had roaches.
