Very poor customer service

Price is good. Easy location. Room was clean and the area was quite.

Staff. I approached the desk and there was a lady I never seen before. She took my ID and Just looked at me. I told her I have a reservation and it is paid. She looked up in the computer and said there is no room available yet. Even though we were right on time. She told us to wait a few minutes and have a seat. She then just stood there and talk to her co-worker. She didn't make any effort to find us a room. I waited in thr lounge and watched 2 guests come in and checkout without any issues. After waiting 20 min, I went to another staff and ask them to look up again. He was able to find the room right away. Then she came around me and said, "you found one?" He said, "yeah there's actually more available." Not sure what exactly she was doing but I didn't like her attitude and her service was EXTREMELY POOR. I have been to this hotel plenty of times and this time it was very bad check-in.

It was just ok

Great location. I felt safe. The heavier, black guy that checked me in was very informative, friendly, and extremely helpful!

The computer’s web browser needs to be updated. I wasn’t able to access my Yahoo email account because the browser is outdated. Unfortunately, the night staff member on duty wasn’t knowledgeable about the issue and didn’t have the password needed to update the system. It’s frustrating — what’s the point of having a business center if guests can’t actually conduct business? I ended up wasting over an hour trying to find a workaround, which was a huge disappointment. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and lacked proper cushioning. I could feel the springs through the mattress, which prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep and affected the overall quality of my stay.

Our stay consists of 3 nights and housekeeping didn't clean our rooms the last two nights. Front desk had to give us towels the entire stay. The hotel is short of staff, that was the answer to every question. Repetitive breakfast was fair.

Responsive to issues. Second room to correct issue with first was better.

General state of disrepair. First room had a card key that didn't work and smelled like mold/musty basement. I was moved. Latch on door had stripped screws and didn't offer a ton of security. Window wasn't shut properly and had duct tape covering the gap. They could use a better maintenance person and/or some budget for repairs.

The location and free parking

The hotel permits dogs at first floor and the entire floor smell like wet dog. We had problems with our room because the key cards didn’t worked and we were waiting like an hour with a little girl really stressed because she wanted to sleep. Our air conditioner never worked. Terrible experience.

They charged me twice. I paid through booking.com and it didn’t show up in their computer so I had booking.com confirm with the hotel that I had paid, and then the hotel still charged my card again. And so I’ve spent the last few days while I should have been on vacation talking to both parties so they can issue me a refund and it’s been like pulling teeth. Additionally, the people on the night shift were getting an attitude about and acting like I had done something wrong when all I did was pay for my hotel room. I still haven’t been issued a refund.

They cancelled the reservation on the same day, without giving any notice or answers. I tried to contact them several times in the following days about problems with the deposit refund, without receiving any reply.
