Bathroom had minor damage bed sheets will never change during a three night stay only the bathroom towels were but only after requested several times

For the price, this was an excellent choice for us for our three night stay. Basic amenities were complimented by friendly staff and a comfortable bed. The shower was pretty good too! Location was a plus with easy access to restaurants.

Comfortable and clean. The only downside was that I had to get my room key card reset just about every time I needed to get back into my room. Seems there was an issue with their system.

I made a mistake booking the online reservation. I was a little upset but the guy at the front desk was patient as I worked through the problem and rebooked the hotel room. I Thank the front desk for being Calm and Patient as I worked through the situation.

This was once my FAVORITE HOTEL to stay at when I travel to Illinois THE SERVCE has truly fallen off Example Guest services The guy at the desk offering chips & water for reward members and than says there’s coffee!!!! WHAT ICE it was ridiculously cold and I went out came bk 2 hours later ICE COFFEE . Once loved but my hear is broken

The décor and atmosphere were great, and the room was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the shower. However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.
