Clean, cozy, and quiet, in a great convenient location to freeways, gas, shopping, and restaurants.

Overall cleanliness and quality of furniture and restroom.

Overall a decent stay that was a great place for us to just sleep and spend the night for cheap.

The front desk staff was friendly and the location was close to downtown LA, plus had great food places nearby that were a short drive or walk away.

The room wasn’t clean aside from the sheets and towels, and the room reeked of cigarettes that lingered on our clothing.

Stay away from this motel at all costs!!!

The lady at the check-in was rude and was frowning at us upon entry. They have no house keeping. The rooms are infested with fleas. We had several bug bites during our stay. All around the property is covered with dog feces. They treat their guests like criminals; I was asking for new keys because I left them in my room and the lady kept asking me about my ID which I told her multiple times it’s in the room and I got locked out. She forces me to go bring my ID for her after I got into my room.

The motel 6 from Hell

Just the pool

Staff is rude. And also on drugs. Payed extra for a fridge in our room, and it kept going out. We told front dest the next day because we came late the night before. They told us there wasn't anything they could do for us till the next morning. We went swimming there all day and nobody came to fix it. When we went to ask again, they told us they called they came to our room and we didnt answer.(lies) now it's like the 4th day and we're supposed to leave the following day. Was sent to a new room with a working fridge, but it was dirty with a roach.sink clogged with hair chunks inside! Finally, I was able to speak with the manager on the day wecheckout and was told nobody even told the maintenance man anything they never documented about us complaining about the 2 previous times out of the $44 we paid extra. Only was returned 16 for a fridge that did not work. Also, staff told us that they knew the fridges not working correctly, but still promote it as working and charge extra. Also, two nights before a woman was attacked by a homeless man in the parking lot. Then a lady tried taking someone's car while the woman was still inside and couldn't, so she took off in another car, leaving one she came in. They told the front dest, and the Asian lady was also rude to them too. We've stayed at other motel 6's, and they were great experience. Staff were always kind and helpful. But you could literally see the lady face tweeking out when she was helping us at this one

They had no housekeeping the whole time I was there , you have to swap your towels and blankets out everyday before 8pm they never had regular hand towels , the toilet had a foul Odor it was so tacky

Staff was decent. Location is an advantage. Lots of food outlets around.

Mattresses need replacement...public areas need more cleaning.. The bathroom shower was a flop show. It requires deep cleaning. Check in took 30 minutes as there was only one girl at the check in counter.. No microwave and hot water kettle in the room. Hair dryer was missing.

The shower was dirty water coming up from the floor and wall in bathroom behind the sink. Noticeably needs maintenance. But I did receive a discount. When I extended my stay. Thank you for that motel 6.

Perfect stay

The check-in process was easy. The parking great and the pool was very clean. Oh and there’s a gas station and Dennys right next door. Coffee was very good. There’s a dog walk too.

The room was fine once inside the room.

Rude desk staff, residents arguing with each other, dog mess around communal areas. Very unkept and dirty grounds to hotel, in desperate need of reverb. Seemed to be used as some sort of hostel for unemployed/homeless people.questionable location.

Most of the staff were friendly, no problem having dogs, had a little fenced dog run. The pool looked clean & was opened. Had a good vibe, neighbors w ere friendly. Was easy to find, right off the freeway. Shopping centers close by.

Beds were awful! They were lumpy you could feel the springs. Woke up every day in pain, mainly in my back. No pain meds were available even out of vending machine. No refrigerator. Community microwave. No daily maid service when staying a length of time. Standing shower only, which was very small. Have to check out after 28 days.

I definetly don't recommend this motel for long stays, they do not offer clean service even if you extend your stay, they does not have fridge in the room and microwave. The laundry service was broken the key was constantly failing. The price increased during the weekends and does not worth it, for check out they almost expelled us

Didn't know they needed everyone's ID CARD they only let us stay because we paid ahead of time. The lady that check us in was kind of Rude she said if we wanted to stay another day we couldn't because my son in-law didn't have his ID he only had a picture of it. Also the next morning there was police 2 doors down from us I think someone died there don't really know we left that day we went and stay in another Motel. They don't have a room with 2 beds for handicap people. Beds were to soft Also they said we didn't have room service that no maid was going to clean our room if we need to change the sheets we had to go to the front desk and the sheets or towels before 8pm Not going back to this motel it is in a good place lots of restaurants around there

My room smelt like pee, and the aircon filters looked dirty and there was alot of road noises that the thin windows could not block out. The bed was abit small for us and pretty much run down furniture. I think it was not value for money for what it was.

The TV was so dark couldn't see the movies, the bed was to small it lifted from the feet also couldn't turn off the ac so we disconnected it, when we got there to get the room one of the lady was rude to my husband also they have a dog park, when I went to walk my dogs I was upset that people are so gross and they don't pick up after their dogs poop, so I couldn't let go of my dogs and play cause it was full of it and smelled too pisses me off cause of disgusting people they mess it up for everyone else.

Did not like any at all about this place.

We checked in on 7/23. The front desk attendant was very unprofessional and very rude. The room was old and dingy. The ceiling had water damage, and the bathroom door had a hole on the bottom from what looked like a dog tried scratching its way out. The bed was terrible and not comfortable at all. I asked for a refund but was told I could not get my refund back because I booked through booking.com. There are lots of homeless people camping around the motel. There was a man yelling and arguing with someone at 1am. I did not take anything inside the room, slept in my clothes, and left as soon as daylight came. I will never book at Motel 6 again.
