Overall great stay with lots of asian restaurants around

Large new spacious room with starbucks coffee. Walking distance to several asian restaurants.

Air conditioner and heater didn't work

Location, cleaness

Air conditioning and heater don’t work. First night the room was 80 degrees and very uncomfortable, next morning we told the front desk about it but still didn’t get fixed until in the night when we came back and complained again. A technician came and manually adjusted the balance of hot water located in the ceiling, and then the temperature started to go down. However, it just functioned as a fan and does not heat or cool to the targeted temperature. Second night our room was 66 degrees even if I set to heat to 72. Internet was slow. Parking was extra charge.

Cozy beds, delicious food, fantastic lobby bar, and Starbucks for the kids – you can't go wrong.

Truthfully, the area and the beds have consistently been a favorite.

I had a great day, the bed was super comfortable and really nice looking

Very modern looking, aesthetics were pleasing. The rooms were big and comfortable. I got the sweet and it was gorgeous and I had an additional bathroom for our guests.

The property it’s itself is beautiful, but the neighboring area had construction going on, so it didn’t look as nice as it could, but that wasn’t a father to us.

It wasn’t busy and was greeted when arrived

Our room had a buzzing sound coming from the bathroom lights. When we tried to purchase toothpaste from the vending machine it took our money but gave us nothing, we told the staff and they said we’d get the $5 back and a complimentary toothpaste, and we got the toothpaste but then was told we weren’t getting the $5 back, so was pretty disappointed we were told one thing and then they flip flopped on what they offered. The room had gunk marks on the tiles and bathroom that weren’t cleaned which is a reason we requested slippers.

The hotel is nice. The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, the location is convenient...

The only downside is that the bathroom door is not closed tightly, and there will be some water on the floor after each shower.

Friendly, comfy, clean, best Orange Chicken EVER

Bar/Restaurant to be opened longer hours. Would be nice to get a bloody Mary or mimosa with breakfast and maybe if you’ve been out and about all day sit in the lobby and get a drink from the bar which I believe doesn’t open till five and believe me we were ready for a drink by then. Bar needs longer hours, Restaurant needs longer hours. A lot of high class places like this are serving free breakfast and not charging for parking which is just Taking advantage of people.

DISAPPOINTED and POOR Service

Starbucks!

Reception was very RUDE, They gave me room 368 and that room has broken air condition, I have to sleep with warm whole night and in the morning, I report and they sent someone to fixed from 6:00 am and I am back at 14:00 they still fixing, I asked for Room change, the question from Reception is What is your problem?!!! How can they asked customer like this and moreover Not any Apologised from them, one guy just yell "Change for him" Sorry if this is your service, All must be fired! I will not stay here and not recommended as I feel they do not welcome Asian. If you are management of this Hotel, please read, and please feel free to contact me, Travel through the world never ever had this kind of RUDE service from even 2 stars hotel

A blindingly bright idea with issues

The room was cleaning comfortable and well appointed overall

The bathroom light has a motion detector. I like that feature, don't get me wrong. The problem is that they have the primary bathroom lights turn on which is burning with the fire of a thousand suns. Rather an Abrupt shift in illumination when you walk in there in the dark. I wish it would be switched to the light in the shower itself. Which gives enough light for you to see what you're doing and not be too bright. That way you can choose if you want to turn on the primary bathroom light depending on your needs
