The room was dirty they didn’t do A good cleaning. Pillow case had blood on it and it wasn’t ours. One the beds had dirty sheets and than we found a baggie that had drug residue in it. Told the front office and they were no help. Just said we will tell our manager about it and he’ll call you.

My tv didn’t work nor did the internet. The lady up front was polite but had no interest in helping me. I’d really like someone call me regarding these issues. I stay with motel 6 a lot

The parking was safe. The room was ok, only it would be better if the pillows were fluffier and harder. The room could use a new mattress, this mattress slumped when you lay on it. Also, I got bitten by some kind of bug.

Staff was obnoxiously slamming their linen/laundry cart against room door hours before checkout time, to the point I had to ask her through the window to please stop hitting the door and she moved away but consisted with the slamming . Woke me up definitely.

Didn’t come and couldn’t get a refund .because you use those bad people at Expedia. They won’t ever give a refund even though they say they will , they make it impossible online and if you call they refuse and even threaten. I’ve been robbed at gunpoint and I have more respect for that guy than Expedia.

Parking is convenient but everything in the room looked dirty. There was a hair on the towel. Shower was dirty. Bed was very soft so my back hurt in the morning.

For a long time no room cleaning, they always ran out of the towels. Even when you booked 2 beds, they only have 1 set of towels, you have to requested every time. And no amenities.

Both mattresses were uncomfortable, sheets & towels were not clean (visible long hairs on towels, stains on sheets) Shower Curtain had rips & were unkept & unchanged. Wash clothes had visible stains already on it.

Stayed here coming from Michigan until my apartment was ready. I paid every day, never any trouble. They basically put us out with nowhere to go and did not care that we weren't from here with nowhere to go. They waited by my room and kept calling as I was moving the stuff out rushing me. Spent over 2k staying there for the time period, and I'm disgusted. The manager Christina said we can only stay 14 days at a time after we’d been there a month…another couple I asked before I had to leave said they have been there 2 years and didn't have to check out. The rooms are mid, showers don't work that well, microwave kept going out, power went out one night. Not to mention a girl was staying there selling d***s and pi**s and said she was selling to the manager as well. It’s fine but I won't be back, and for visitors ill direct them to other businesses. You don't get housekeeping, so I bought cleaning supplies. Honestly for the price just go to a Marriot or Hilton, at least there's a chance you won't have to deal with nasty attitudes, broken utilities, and drugs being sold.

Horrible !!!! It should be shut down! I think it was honestly a homeless camp. The bed was horrible and caved and should be replaced . The toliet still had fecal in the toliet from previous. When we asked for towels the second night we were there we were told they had no towels. The cable was cut off the second day in.
