The stay was nice but no breakfast and no parking not good. I scored for the hotel but honestly it would have been lower

It was clean. Staff friendly

When I had booked the room it said complementary breakfast. Which they don’t on Sundays. That was a plus for us getting the room. Also I guess they were having a party or wedding. Absolutely no parking. That was ridiculous. If you have an event for others take care of your guest first. For one don’t charge for parking when it’s so hard to get a spot if you are lucky to get one.

Nice hotel just needs a lil update

It was close to the event we had to go to also there is a mall down the street, my friend forgot his dress shirt so that worked out perfectly. The staff was very friendly

There was old mold marks in the bathroom walls and rust on the hinges to the door in the bathroom and the shower was broken you had to mess with it to turn it on or off. But I would stay again if I’m in that area

The property had a nice welcoming feeling and was well maintained. The smart TV made the stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. The fridge and microwave were convenient. The Sunday brunch was delicious and had a ton of items (cocktail shrimp, Mexican breakfast food, American breakfast food, pastries, cake, waffles, omelettes). The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was quick.

The bed was not as firm as we would have liked. The pillows were also soft. When we got ready to checkout we discovered there was not any kind of breakfast meal with the cost of the room and the room was about 180.00 a night.

I like the location. It’s close to shops and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay. Complimentary breakfast was nice. We didn’t need to go elsewhere for breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming especially restaurant and housekeeping staff

We only stayed for one night, it was good enough. No major complaint.

The property is in a quiet, convenient area. The central air provided cool air all night. Despite the system down of Hilton Hotels that weekend, the staff were able to check us in, in a timely manner.

The room is a bit outdated, there’s no USB charging port. Photos attached. When we checked the coffee maker, we noticed there’s an old coffee packet/bag left in the machine. Photos attached. It was an indication that the last person to clean the room didn’t do a complete walk thru/check.

Air conditioner from next door would come on and go off every 5 minutes, and it was loud and vibrated our room so much that I had to go sleep in my car every night.

Nice place but not the best experience

It was very clean

No free breakfast. The pool looked like people went to have a whole pool party and there was stuff all over the place. People didn’t even have a reservation at the hotel and they were there at the pool side leaving towels and soda cans everywhere. We didn’t even get to go in the pool being that there was just too much going on and people swimming in for free.

AC didn’t work, we were hot and sweaty all night

The AC didn’t work and we weren’t able to sleep because it was sooo hot!! We were really uncomfortable, I called front desk and they said they would send someone to look at it, never came! Ruined my vacation to be honest, nice hotel in the inside but not what I expected at all! When checking out, a lot of people were complaining about being hot all night and unable to sleep! Not sure if this is a common problem there with their AC!

The air conditioner in the room did not work. The staff said they couldn't do anything for me because I had booked through booking.com The room was over 80 degrees The windows did not open at all, one of daughters ended up feeling sick and throwing up (then they changed us into a room with a/c after 4am)

It wasn’t the best we’ve experienced there, but it was ok.

convenient location- and generally nice hotel. we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. My husband loves the cookies.

The room had a refrigerator without a freezer section- so we couldn’t refreeze our ice packs needed for the next day’s events. Also, there were wet spots on the carpet, the tv had no connection/ cable service, and although we were on the 5th floor, there were partiers in the parking lot below us that we heard into the night.
