The staff there was very nice and friendly. Quick check in.

Everything was pretty good, if I had to make a complaint it would just be be that the hot tub was under renovation and we were excited to get into it.

Clean and great location.

The kitchen lady on our Friday and Monday was very rude to us all while trying to eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. I complained at check out.

We enjoy traveling and having the one bedroom 2 queen or a king suite. Thanks!

The staff (besides the manager) was accommodating and helped as much as they could.

The renovations were not communicated. It was nice to be able to use the other hotel pools but absolutely inconvenient. We booked our extended stay because of your pool option. Our room didn’t have working tv’s or a working garbage disposal. There were no phones in the room so we had to walk down every time our keys didn’t work. There was no safe to use for our valuables. The spoons were sharper than the knives on our kitchenette. There wasn’t enough staff to handle all of the guest needs and we had more than once that we requested assistance that didn’t come (getting 2 more chairs for our room - I asked again and ZaZa made it happen), lighting the outside fire-pit. We saw the cleaning crew coming so we turned in our room keys early at check out so she could start cleaning. We went down to the lobby and played cards for a few hours before departing. We asked the male manager if there was a bathroom in the lobby area to be used and he simply said, nope…. It’s being renovated. Nothing more. Very disappointing after the far from expected experience we had hoped for.
