The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The loft was very clean and came with bedroom, living area, and full kitchen, as well as laundry. Everything worked and was very clean. Air conditioner worked great for summer. Location was great for exploring Old Quebec area. Building and apartment codes were sent day prior to check-in and they worked as expected. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Perfect for a short or long stay.
Being from the US, my streaming apps didn't work to watch TV - mildly annoying but that's my problem. I felt perfectly safe in the building but there is no front desk or security person - not sure what happens if unruly occupants cause a problem.

The location and parking nearby were fantastic, as was the view. The washer/dryer was nice to have.
The power went out multiple times during our stay with it being pretty cold it did affect our stay. It would've been helpful if there were extra mirrors outside the bathroom for others to use. We also had people knocking on our door late at night because all the doors look the same.
