It was amazing, from the location all the way to the size of the apartment. Big rooms, comfy beds, nothing else to ask for.
All was alright.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to Old Quebec and was convenient for our marathon start. Very handy with the Metro down the street. Staff was very responsive and patient on the chat. Thank you!
It was difficult to get cooling set to a comfortable level in bedrooms. (Oh….there were no scissors 🙂)

Roomy. Had the things we needed in general once we figured out where they were at. We would have liked more towels and washcloths.
The balcony was dirty with rat droppings. The parking did not work.

the apartment is spacious and has fully-functional kitchen. The location is pretty good as well with many coffee shops and restaurants surrounding.
The cleaning service is not good. It took them to 4:30 or more to clean up my apartment. Eventhough, it is not clean. The floor is still wet and quite dirty.
