Dominique’s place is excellent, it’s what any traveller or tourist will ask for . Has all the amenities , is comfortable and clean . He has thought of everything and has kept all the things required for a quick meal . The place is close to supermarket and bus stops and to popular locations in Quebec City.

Well maintained, close to the old town

The height of Parking lot is only 18x cm. It made me nervous.

There was coffee and filters there; all the cookware and plate we needed, and everything else, like toilet paper.

The HVAC system we never really figured out. There was a wall thermostat in each room, even the bathroom. Then there was a heat pump? wall unit that always was on, and we couldn't shut it off with the remote. It also never seemed to change settings with the remote, no matter what we did. So it blew air on the person in the living room sofa bed all night. In the end, we set each wall thermostat to 20C or 71F (some were F and some were C. Weird.) and accepted it. We also opened the porch door to adjust temperature. The whole thing is hopelessly complex and fidgety. It should have just one thermostat, one control, easily programmed. That's all.
