Very spacious room and spot clean. There was even a Nintendo Wii available, even if I didn't have time to use it.

The area was a bit dodgy, even if I didn't feel I was in danger or anything. There were quite a few homeless people around and the instructions for the door were very strict, which made me thing there could be problems in the past. I found the instructions a bit confusing sometimes, but all good at the end. I had to take screenshots of the codes etc. as I didn't have Internet connection Canada.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is fantastic — just about a 15-minute walk to the centre, so you are basically right in the middle of everything. Plus, having a bus stop and a grocery store right nearby adds so many extra points. ​The apartment itself is very spacious, featuring a living room, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, with a lovely view of the main street. The kitchen is fully equipped with literally everything you could possibly need, from cookware to spices. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was also super convenient. ​The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Shoutout to them for being so understanding when I accidentally broke a glass — they were absolute sweethearts and didn't charge me anything for it! ​Another huge highlight is the awesome patio on the 12th floor with a stunning view and a BBQ/grill area. Whenever I visit Quebec again, I will definitely rent from them again!

​A few minor downsides: •​There aren’t enough shelves in the shower to put your own shampoo and bottles. •​The water pressure in the shower is quite weak, so washing your hair took a bit longer than usual. •​The fire alarm system is way too sensitive. I was just drying my hair, and apparently my hair is so "fire" that it actually set off the alarm and started screaming like crazy! Honestly, it gave me a bit of trauma, and I was terrified to properly dry my hair for the rest of the trip, lol. •Personally, I was also missing a full-length mirror somewhere near the entrance to check my outfit before heading out.

Great one bedroom apartment with Juliet balcony. Light and airy with views looking towards the old city on the hill. Nearby elevated road but quiet in the evening and during night. Had everything we needed and more especially as our suitcase were missing for 2 days by Air Canada. The online support we received from the management team was excellent even though they had nothing to do with our situation. They offered excellent advice during a very stressful time for us. Would definitely stay here again as close to old city and in an area surrounded by shops and restaurants. Walkable to railway station. Even managed to enjoy the afternoons by rooftop pool with fantastic views. We’d had swam in the pool if we’d have had our luggage!
