A very nice apartment well equipped and comfortable. A ten minute walk to the historic old city.
The building is located on a busy street near an intersection and the area itself is slightly run down and lots of construction around.

Très bien équipé. Appartement propre et bonne literie. Très belle vue de l’appartement et depuis le toit terrasse. Le stationnement est un plus en centre ville.

Appartement confortable, bien agencé, grande salle de bain, belle cuisine, grand canapé, chauffage performant, draps de lit très doux, baies vitrées, beau dégagement vers le nord (11e étage), immeuble sécurisé. A 12-15’ du centre.
Mauvaise insonorisation avec l’extérieur: on entend beaucoup le trafic. Assez cher (période des fêtes de fin d’année).
