Our stay was great! The place is clean and the owner was very nice too- always available for any questions, we even had a problem with the TV and they sent maintenance right away. The apartment has all you need, a well equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, a very comfortable sofa and beds, and closet space in each room. Would reccomend!
The apartment is located in an aread dowton where there are some homeless people. They didn’t bother us but might be a shock to some since it is close to the train station. Walk to old Quebec was around 15/20 mins which we did not mind. Also, another thing to point out is that the apartment does not have a balcony, but for any outdoor activities you would have to go the roof ( w lift close to the apartment) however something to point out but did not effect us much.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’horizon urbain. Accessible, propre et très bien insonorisé. À vingt minutes de marche de la base-ville du Vieux Qc. Je le recommande.
