Good location-walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great air conditioner.
We were awakened around 5:30am by loud talking in a nearby unit. Then drilling or some kind of loud construction began around 6:30am. Lots of unhoused people hanging around the street outside the building. Staff were not very helpful when we called to inquire about parking telling us to ‘just read the email.’

The amount of homeless and drug addicts around. Didn’t always feel safe.

Loved everything, clean, beautiful apartment, located close to everything. The small balcony over looking the street. It felt a lot like being in Paris!
The only downside was no buffering between the top from the bottom unit. The people upstairs were noisy, heavy walkers and had loud running children. It is an old building.

communications were only in French until I called for English. parking was unavailable. entrance code panel was confusing. Customer service rep had weak English. Apartment had deferred maintenance including an unsafe stair railing.
