Location and space of apartment

Mattress sagging. Noisy neighbours one nIgHt loud talking from 1am until3 am

Location was great, close to everything in old town, apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and bed, gorgeous windows, and lofted ceiling.

They were two brown stains on the bedsheet covering the duvet. In the kitchen, there were no coffee pods or sugar packets provided even though there was a Nespresso machine. Also, no paper towels. There was noisy construction on the street starting at 7 am, but closing the windows and turning the air conditioning on muffled most of the noise. There is a full sized washer and dryer, but no laundry soap provided. Finally, when I asked about an early check-in, I was told that would be an additional $40 plus tax charge. There was also no assurance of how early we would be able to check in, so we passed on that.

The apartment was very nice. Tall ceilings and exposed brick. Good location and comfortable.

My husband left his walking cane at the apartment. We did not realize this until we got to Montreal and contacted them immediately. At first they seemed open to helping us recover this important and necessary item but then stopped responding to my requests for an update.
