North House - Des Remparts- 2-bed with great views, terrace

Location was fantastic, a super short walk to so many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Parking was a huge bonus, and hosts were great at providing detailed information about how to get through the car checkpoint (because of summer pedestrian zones). Terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evenings, and the kitchen, while small, had enough of what we needed. Building felt secure and was easy to get in and out of, we loved our stay! Would highly recommend staying here!

One bedroom didn't have an AC unit, though it did have a portable fan which helped a bit, but in general, even with the fan and the door open, that bedroom stayed much warmer than the rest of the apartment. Just a note for anyone who is short and staying here, the door to get out to the terrace had two locks on it, one being all the way at the top, and at only 5' tall I was unable to reach it and unlock myself. Thankfully my husband could reach it just fine, but something to be aware of for any guests who are on the short side like I am.

Clean, modern, great location, road work was not really a problem

a little tight, 2nd bathroom tiny, no ventilation but was still nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms need more hooks to hang things, back of door, on the wall, only one hanger per room??
