This is a newly renovated 1800 square foot luxury apartment with high ceilings and room for up to 10 people. This unique place is perfect for a large family or several friends who want to stay in a quiet place in the heart of the Old Port and a few steps away from Old Quebec.
As soon as you step inside, you will fall under the charm of this 3 bedroom unit with old industrial architecture of Old Quebec with high ceilings, large open areas and concrete walls.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay. Microwave oven, pots and pans, glasses and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, basic kitchen kit are at your disposal to cook to your liking. The huge island with its stools will surely gather friends and family!
All rooms have a queen size bed with hotel quality linens and four bunk beds are also available to accommodate more guests.
Two luxurious bathrooms with bath and rain shower are available. We also provide a hair dryer, towels, iron, ironing board and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.
The living room has a game room area with foosball table, pool table newly replaced with a professional quality table, 75 inch smart TV and electric fireplace. High speed wireless internet will meet the needs of business travelers.

Stayed here in July, excellent location walking distance to tourist areas. The sleeping arrangements left a bit to be desired. The two main floor bedrooms have a glass partition between them, about a foot tall which means that if the occupants of one room turns their light on you’re getting it in your room. There are no blinds. The air conditioning doesn’t work all that well and all the beds were really creaky.The kids were in the basement and they all ended up sleeping on the floor/couch because of one of them rolled over they’d all get disturbed by the creaking.

Great location, just outside the ol' Quebec City fortress ramparts...keep in mind Quebec City is a 'hilly' city so some degree of fitness needed....but other than that....AWAY ONE GOES !!! About a 10 minute walk to the central core (a 5 Star must see area) of ol'Quebec Cite...Accommodation, LOTS of space, would come AGAIN, no problem ! No issues, highly recommended !!

Loved the house with a great kitchen and entertainment area downstairs. Easily walkable to the Lowerville of Quebec City and then take the funicular to the Upperville of the city. Lots of great shops and restaurants in this walkable city that feels so much like a visit to Europe.

The location was perfect! No need to take your car walkable distance to all the restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and the guys had a great time playing pool. Would highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.
