WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES? IS LUGGAGE DROP-OFF AVAILABLE?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need more flexibility, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional fees apply. Luggage drop-off is available from 1:00 PM while cleaning is being completed.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?
Public parking is located directly across from the condo at a rate of $30 per day. Free street parking is also available in front of the condo on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 9:00 AM.
WHAT TYPE OF COFFEE MACHINE IS PROVIDED?
We provide a drip coffee maker along with coffee and sugar for your stay. There are also many excellent cafés nearby if you’d like to enjoy more specialty coffee options.
*In the event of cancellation, credit card charges are payable by the customer (varies between 3% and 5% depending on the financial institution).
-Limit the noise after 10PM.
-No shoes or boots inside the condo (leave it in the entrance).
-Start the dishwasher before leaving.

The host Jean Charles was terrific with communication and ensuring that our stay was pleasant. The place is terrific - clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location. The pictures show the apartment accurately. We had a great stay and would come back to this property again! Thank you!

Outlets in kitchen did not work. Did not realize that most of the bedrooms were down narrow stairs which was difficult for older people in our group. That would have been important to state in the description if it is not there. Overall a very nice stay

Great place to stay for me and my High School girlfriends. We visited Quebec to celebrate all being 50! Host was very good at communicating.
