The room is very new, spacious and simply amazing. It has all the facility you need.
It also has a parking lot, though you'd need to pay for it.
The location is good as it's not far to get to the Old town (just about 10 mins).

Hotel Terminus is conveniently located in downtown Quebec City and is well connected by bus and Uber. The rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable, but for first time travellers with limited experience in technology,staying here feels a little mentally exhausting.
The first puzzle begins before check-in. Access to the hotel, reception area, and rooms depends entirely on digital access codes. In theory, these are sent before arrival. In my case, despite booking through Agoda, no code arrived, which made the experience a little challenging.
The second challenge is communication. The hotel phone number works during reception hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.), but outside those hours, a recorded message directs you to call another number. Since you can’t even enter the reception area without an access code, first-time travelers may find themselves making several phone calls before finally gaining entry. There is also no room telephone, so if you need assistance, your mobile phone becomes your new best friend.
The rooms include useful amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. However, don’t expect the coffee machine to come with an endless supply of coffee. There is no minibar, no complimentary water, and no iron. In other words, the refrigerator is ready and waiting for you to bring your own supplies.
Reception hours are limited, and staffing appears minimal. If you’re hoping for detailed local recommendations, sightseeing advice, or a friendly travel consultation, Google may end up being your concierge.
On the positive side, the rooms are clean, the heating works very well, and the location is excellent. The only comfort issue I noticed was that the shower water pressure seemed a little weak.
Overall, Hotel Terminus offers a clean and well-located place to stay, but it is best suited for travelers who are comfortable with self-service and technology.
