Clean room and well kept with nice bathroom.
Heater ineffective due to high ceilings and poor aircon.
Staff unhelpful and not approachable.

The staff are friendly and understanding. The room is decent for the price, but it could be better. The rooms only have the bare minimum amenities; I even had to ask for soap and shampoo, as they were not in the room when we checked in.
