    Ok except that on ourlast night, there was a false fire alarm that made us walk the stairs from the 6th floor to ground floor! We werent able to sleep thatnight!

    No safes in rooms. Didnt even have a safe to store valuables at desk. Desk chair in room was torn. Toilet seat was broken. The room had a very musty smell. Would not go back.

    Great place to stay. Only downside is that there not much place to eat near the hotel to choose from.

    Pretty disappointing. With the hotel’s name and reputation, we expected better, but it was the opposite. Check-in was smooth but a little confusing, nobody explained what to do or where to go, and even other guests looked lost trying to find their rooms. Our room was darker than expected, felt old, and was noisy since it was right by the pool area. Honestly, it wasn’t what we imagined at all. The Delta we stayed at in Toronto was the complete opposite experience. For a brand tied to Marriott, this just didn’t live up to the name.
