Location was great. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Old Quebec. Lovely to have the Plains of Abraham gardens one street behind. Building felt secure and area was nice. The loft kitchen was really well stocked and we appreciated that as we made many of our meals during our stay. Key retrieval and deposit was straightforward. Hosts were very communicative.
The parking was a bit tight but great that there was parking! I was able to park in a spot by the sidewalk so had some open space next to me (and kept the car there - we walked everywhere else during our stay), but would have been more stressed to try to fit into one of the other spots as the alley is narrow, especially if there were other cars parked.

No breakfast, so not applicable. Moved out of first room since noisy as right by front door which was slammed constantly by other guests despite notice. Room also very small and nowhere to sit. Foldout bed.
2nd room much nicer but also noisy due to overhead clients
