Great location in the upper town with easy access to lower town. Studio apartment was comfortable.

Perhaps some thicker curtains needed to block out the light.

Great location easy access to all Quebec City had to offer.

We were supposed to stay in Old Quebec upper but they were doing construction outside of the building and the water was shut off but the staff very quickly found us a new loft in the lower old city which was wonderful. Thank you so much to the staff for being so kind to move us, we really appreciated it and enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast. The location was good.

Not the building we expected based on the website photo — instead, it was located in a different, much less appealing building across the street. The overall appearance was quite unattractive and no elevator to the 3rd floor. The apartment design was also not as beautiful or romantic as presented on the pictures online (with nice brick walls), which was especially disappointing for a Valentine’s getaway. The furniture felt low quality and did not match the standards we anticipated. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience.
