We were Ocean View 9th floor. (thought I booked Ocean Front) Our room had a beautiful view of the Mountains and the Ocean. My friends did get Ocean Front. It was just the Ocean so in the end it was perfect!
Our room had a great bacony. Fridge was great. Storage was great. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave but not a deal breaker. Everyone and everything was accomodating. Great for walking. Trolley to the shops and stores with great all day times.

The location
The personnel should be more friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, which definitely needs improvement.
I requested maintenance for the shower drain because it was not working properly, but no one ever showed up to fix it.
Additionally, staff members would see me struggling with my luggage and did not even offer to help, which made the experience feel unwelcoming.
Also, the “included breakfast” is actually only partially included. It is limited to $30 plus an $8 gratuity, which was not clearly explained.
