We had a great experience during our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the heated pool, it was a game changer on some of the windiest days.
We visited during a busy period when the hotel had a lot of guests, so the pool felt crowded during peak hours. This also affected the breakfast experience, which felt less relaxed than we had hoped. There was often a line for breakfast, and we ended up taking ours to go. The quality was good, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and the variety of pastries.
If you use valet parking, it can feel a little chaotic at times due to the limited space available, but the service itself was very good. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully cared for.
We enjoyed seeing the penguins and the birds on the property. Our room was amazing and offered an excellent ocean view. Staying on the 18th floor was ideal. it helped minimize noise from the pool area while still allowing us to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The nights were very peaceful and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was extremely friendly! They took great care of us when we weren’t sure what was happening with Hurricane Lala and with the effects from the Tropical Storm. Felt very comfortable there having never encountered this before. Beyond grateful!
On another note, amenities were great! The penguins in the lobby were such a great addition. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.
