Amazing pools, convenient parking, easy access to the beach. Beautiful views and very nice vacation rental.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, but if you want to be closer to certain things like the whalers village then you would want to go somewhere else. We were happy. A beach umbrella in the unit would have been incredible but not expected nor a deal breaker.

We like they are suites that are fully stocked like a vacation rental.
The change of ownership or management was not positive. It was much better when we could walk down and talk to someone at the front desk. Our room was not in a location we requested but no changes could be made because of the rental management company. That was frustrating.

Many of the appliances weren’t functioning properly in the room.
Even though Dukes says they serve breakfast until 11c what they don’t tell you is they’d depending on the reservations on hold. If you get there at 10:30 and they have a number of people in the wait list, good luck finding breakfast somewhere else. Not ideal.

On the beach. Great location. Pools and beach. Easy access.
There’s no cleaning service. You have to pay if you want the place to be clean or get clean towels. I have to wash towels everyday to get clean towels. We are on vacation, we should be able to get clean towels everyday instead of washing ourselves. At least give 2 room cleaning. Room was full of sand. I had to ask for vacuum so I can vacuum myself.
