Room very nice and beach access great, but even with a 4:00 check in our room was not ready. The bar was not open at the tower we stayed in and the other pool bar closed early.

Room was in good condition, but the pool nearest this part of the complex was closed for repair (without any prior warning).
Also, our front desk worker that checked is in was very unfriendly.
