Property location on Kaanapali Beach was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Maid service was lacking. Our room was never cleaned during our stay!

We were there for two Apex storms (no fault of the resort). The staff was so apologetic and accommodating (free ponchos! flood control on the balcony so we could still use it). And lucky for us the room and view were great since we had to spend so much more time in there. Want to come stay again when the sun is out.
The weather. We had to keep picturing the experience if it wasn't flooded.

Property is somewhat outdated but clean. Location is excellent as it is right by the Whalers Village to shopping and restaurants. It is also located right on the south Ka’anapali beach side.

Location
Outdated. They claim they upgraded the rooms but my room was old and outdated. They don’t offer daily housekeeping. You have to ask if you want your room serviced. I didn’t receive a towel card at check in so when I went to the beach and was denied a towel without a card I was confused. Had to go back to the lobby to request one. Also, the phone buttons don’t correspond with the icons. I pressed housekeeping and got the beach people. I pressed front desk and got the emergency line. Nobody could transfer me either. So yeah very outdated. Restaurant is super overpriced for what you get. Gift shop is subpar. It’s like they just gave up.
