The location was absolute perfection for our desires out of this vacation…steps from the beach, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, proximity to all dining and shopping. Exceeded every expectation we had!

Excellent location, nice clean updated room. Could hear some hotel noise in the evening on the weekend, but that's to be expected most places. We enjoyed our stay, I would recommend this location.
Somehow we kept timing it wrong where housekeeping would skip our room and twice they never came back. But a phone call to the front desk resolved the issue and they did come and clean it immediately upon me asking. It was just annoying that I had to call and ask...on one of the days we took out our own trash and went to housekeeping to get fresh wash rags, towel, etc.

Room & Bed comfortable. Decent third party Restaurant on site called Maui Brewing Co. Try the Bananas Foster pancakes. Easy walk to black rock.
Small rooms, no kitchen, pool is worst I have seen at a resort.
