Great location. The only downfall we had ( we noticed after covid time) house keeping service from staff was marginal. From 4 nights start, we had to print twice to clean our rooms. The lady on our floor was not particularly in the Aloha spirit.. other than that, superb visit and views

Checkin even for elite bonvoy members and above was terrible. Many key items were omitted including the $50 a day credit which i didn't learn about until check out. As will other trips to Hawaii be aware that there are taxes on top of taxes at check out this can be a shock for some folks. The room we had on the first night was overlooking the car park so upgraded to an ocean view which i would highly recommend. The staff at the resort are mostly friendly and kind but there is an obvious lack of leadership and both at check-in and. Check out the front desk teams seem to get overwhelmed. Our room was cleaned every day to a good standard so no complaints. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but as mentioned not great value for money in my opinion

We enjoyed the adults only swimming pool very much. The restaurants and bars had great food, drinks, and service. The staff members with whom we interacted were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.
