Two studios converted to one XXL unit with two private sleeping areas. Extensive full Remodel - 2 full bathrooms with stall showers, (no tubs); tile throughout. 2 twin wall beds in the living room are an alternative to a sofa bed and have box springs under the mattress for added comfort. Enjoy the sunset on the wrap-around lanai on the new patio furniture. This second-floor condo has stairs to its entrance, no elevators, no ramp. Bring your laptop and enjoy free wireless internet access from anywhere in the condo.
The resort collects a $20 plus tax daily facility fee which upon check-in which covers:
-Daily parking for one vehicle
-Unlimited local phone calls & Long distance access charge
-Daily use of the fitness center
-Wireless internet in all rooms, special discount to the spa, and free pool towels

We've stayed in this unit twice. Its clean and large enough for my wife and I, and the two kids. There are two full size refrigerators. It's a few steps to the pool, and next to a fantastic beach. No complaints.

This was the perfect unit for family to be together- yet, have their own space. The condo was beautiful, and the large back deck provided ample room for family meals. The view was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this particular unit!

This was our third stay in D271. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We appreciate the large lanai, the wonderful patio furniture and the proximity to the beach.
