Settle into your Hawaiian vacation in this Oceanfront and ground-floor condo with beach and pool access in Kaanapali. Wake up to the ocean breeze and just steps away from one of the most popular beaches in Maui.
Recent upgrades include: The kitchen has all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances. New living room furniture [excluding couch}. A tiled walk-in shower in the master bathroom. New bath tile in the 2nd bathroom. Engineered wood-like flooring in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans were replaced in both bedrooms. Soffit lighting was added living room. The entire condo was repainted and all windows and front slider doors were replaced. There are flat-screen TVs in all rooms including a 46-inch wall-mounted TV in the living room with a DVD player. DVD player in the master bedroom as too! An in-room safe is provided to keep your valuables secure. With ocean views from the master and guest bedroom as well as the lanai, you are sure to catch every second of the magnificent Maui sunsets.
There is a $9/day parking fee payable to the front desk and a cost of $.95/phone call.

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming, and snorkeling, walking trail off the beach.
2. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area.
3. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills.
