Our stay in condos 736 and 815 allowed our travel group of six to have the space and privacy we needed while on the vacation of a lifetime! Both condos were outfitted with the basics in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There were also some extra surprises too which made our stay even better (beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and a boogie board) because we didn't have to rent or buy those items for ourselves.
We were initially a little nervous in seeing the layout of K'anapali Shores and feared that our condos would be really far apart, but we were pleasantly surprised to find they were a quick elevator ride away from each other, making connecting up as a family easy. We used condo 815 as a home base for our group and loved that you had both an ocean view and a pool view from the room.
We had the experience of visiting several resorts over the course of our stay in West Maui, and we found that for its price point, Ka'anapali Shores had the best public spaces and pool area. The resort was clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was kind and warm. We never experienced any noise issues.
We would definitely consider staying at this resort again and renting through KBM. Our experience was quite special.
